In the morning, you will depart for Kutaisi. Upon arrival, your first stop will be the Bagrati Cathedral, considered a masterpiece of medieval Georgian architecture and a powerful symbol of national unity.
Next, you will visit the Gelati Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a remarkable monument of Georgia’s Golden Age. Founded in 1106 by King David IV the Builder, it is also his final resting place.
