Day 1: Tbilisi – Bagrati Cathedral – Gelati Monastery – Kutaisi

In the morning, you will depart for Kutaisi. Upon arrival, your first stop will be the Bagrati Cathedral, considered a masterpiece of medieval Georgian architecture and a powerful symbol of national unity.

Next, you will visit the Gelati Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a remarkable monument of Georgia’s Golden Age. Founded in 1106 by King David IV the Builder, it is also his final resting place.

Afterwards, you will continue to a local wine cellar, where you will enjoy a tasting of traditional Georgian wines and learn about the country’s ancient winemaking traditions.

In the evening, you will have dinner and free time to relax. Overnight in Kutaisi.

Day 2: Kutaisi - Prometheus Cave – Okatse Canyon – Martvili Canyon – Tbilisi

On this day, you will visit Prometheus Cave, an exceptional natural monument of Georgia that attracts thousands of visitors every year. The cave is approximately 1,060 m long and features several impressive halls filled with stalactites and stalagmites.

You will then continue to two more outstanding natural attractions of Western Georgia - Okatse Canyon and Martvili Canyon. Here you will enjoy dramatic landscapes, panoramic viewpoints, and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

In the evening, you will return to Tbilisi, where a dinner awaits you in a traditional Georgian restaurant, accompanied by folk music, songs, and dances.
